Meditation is a powerful tool for spirituality and health in general. Too many people are intimidated by the idea because they think its too dIfficult. This app will guide you through 2 of the most powerful techniques of meditation, conscious breathing and body sensing.
Breathing happens on its own, even while you are sleeping. You dont need to give it your attention. But when you do breathe in and out consciously, you enter a state of meditation. In the breathe function of the app, the screen will turn white and black. When it turns white, you breathe in and keep doing so until it starts to turn black. As long as the screen is fading into black you continue to breathe out, until the screen turns white again, and you repeat this for as long as you want. 5 minutes a day, every day, is enough for you to notice benefits.
When you direct your attention into your body, you activate the nerves that go from the brain into that part of the body and back. You are using a big part of your attention that is usually going into the automatic thinking function. This is why many of us have the experience of having a mind that is constantly chattering, even when we dont choose to. In the sensing mode, you will see a person sitting on a chair. Sit exactly like that, and let the recording guide you through the exercise. Scan the different parts of your body with your attention.
The ONE BREATH app goes even further than just meditating on your own. In the breathe mode, you will be able to meditate in synchrony with other people around the world, in real time. You will be able to see how many people are breathing together with you, and where they are. When we do something in a group, it becomes more powerful. Join the meditation revolution. Lets make the world a better place.
The ONE BREATH app was designed by Dr. Alejandro Junger.

DR. ALEJANDRO JUNGER
Medical Doctor, Creator of the Clean Program, NY Times Bestselling author
Dr.Junger was born in Uruguay. He graduated from medical school there in 1990 and moved to New York City for his postgraduate training. He completed three years of training in Internal Medicine at NYU Downtown Hospital and three more years of fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at Lenox Hill Hospital.
The drastic change in lifestyle and diet resulting from his move to New York City soon showed up as irritable bowel syndrome, allergies and depression. Becoming a patient of the system he was practicing was such a shock, that it started his journey in search of an alternative solution to his health problems.
His findings are the subject of his first book, Clean: The Revolutionary Program To Restore the Body’s Natural Ability to Heal Itself, where Dr. Junger describes how he became aware of the toxicity of our planet. He also explains how detoxification and cleansing have been around for thousands of years, but the knowledge has been lost, and right now it’s more important than ever to reclaim this information. Most importantly, Clean is a manual for readers to learn how to turn on and work with their own detoxification systems to restore and maintain optimal health.
